Bench Belt is perfect for making sure your shirt doesn't choke you out while you bench but is thin enough to stay out of your way. Made from comfortable 2" material, the Bench Belt provides enough support to keep your arch strong but is easy to adjust using the strap and industrial-strength Velcro.
