The Spuffalo Ball Bar is a bowed 36" Lat Bar with 2 3/4" balls on each end. This unique set up allows for a nice cupped hand grip and /or standard grip, if that is your cup of tea. The balls on the end can put less stress on the hands/wrists so that it is a bit like a neutral grip. It is great also for straight arm pull downs if you just want or you can use the inner bar for a nice lat pull down alternative. Great tool for teaching pulling the elbows into the body engaging the lat and upper back in a different recruitment pattern.
